Seiko Optical Products of America has contracted with third party suppliers for the awards offered in the Perfas Points 2.0 Program.

The program awards have no cash value. Most award products are covered by manufacturer warranties. If you receive a defective product, you can return it within 30 days, after that date, we will put you in contact with the manufacturer. The manufacturer's warranty generally covers repair or replacement of any defective part, subject to the conditions set forth on the warranty.

  1. The Perfas Points 2.0 Promotion is open to registered Perfas Preferred Providers only. The Promotion is not open to the general public.

  2. To become a Perfas Preferred Provider, qualified ECP's must first register by provide accurate registration information.

  3. To participate in the program, you must purchase a minimum of 5 pairs of Perfas lenses each month. If you fail to maintain a minimum purchase level, we reserve the right to cancel any and all points earned.

  4. One (1) point is awarded for every dollar of Perfas product purchased. Point totals are updated once each month by the 15th of the month. The date of the last update is posted on the store home page.

  5. Perfas Points are accrued for the calendar year only. Points not redeemed by December 31 of each year are forfeited. As a special accommodation, you will have until January 31st, of the next year to use your previous years points, after which the points are forfeited and new points will begin to accrue with the new years point upload.

  6. To redeem points a participant adds merchandise to the shopping cart and then submits the cart. Upon checkout a participant can return to their redemption summary page for the status of their order.

  7. All merchandise with the exception of very large items (treadmills) will be shipped from Award Headquarters. Please allow for 7 to 10 days for delivery of your merchandise. Large items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow four to six weeks for items drop shipped directly from the manufacturer.

  8. Seiko Optical reserves the right to make comparable substitutions for awards which may become unavailable.

  10. This promotion is valid only in the United States.

  11. Seiko reserves the right to modify or end the program at any time, without notice, although we will try to give advance e-mail notice of any modification or discontinuation, without obligating us to do so. In any event, points not redeemed are forfeited upon cancellation of the program.

  12. Neither Seiko Optical nor its agents or suppliers are liable for inadvertent errors or misprints.
